Shipping policies
Shipping policy:
Gouem TM processing window is 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.
Return/exchange policy:
I do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact ngouemkyne@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. In some cases, a gift card will be emailed to buyer. **Damaged product includes crack or malfunction of the physical product package.
Lost or damaged package:
Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. I cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package. Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. I check returned packages once a month. Buyer will be refunded when the package returns to sender. We will not offer "reshipping" on returned packages. **International orders: when ordering from Gouem you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival to your post office. I will not refund for refusal of package due to these fees or for packages that are lost oversees. Many times packages take a month or more to arrive.**
Handmade nature of items:
Please be aware that most items in my store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Body care items may differ slightly in color. By clicking "purchase" you are agreeing to these policies. You are also agreeing that you are the age of majority in your state of residence or have given permission to allow your minor dependents to use this site.
